Mandatory cleaning fee 300 euro / 1 week
Minimum seasonal rental period, 1 week (May-September)
Room – 20 euros

Entire house rental period: minimum 4 days in season (May-September)
Rooms – minimum 2 days
T1 and T2 – minimum 3 days
Deposit to be paid in cash, on arrival:

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENT
- City tax for the entire stay in the villa
- Towels, bed linen, beach towels
Services not included in the rent
- Extra maid service, ironing (30 euro / 1 hour)
- Extra towel and bed linen change (25 euro / 1 set)
- Food delivery to the villa before your arrival or during your stay in the villa (20 euro + amount of the cheque)
- Transfers depending on the airport of entry (from 50 euro up to 100 euro)
- Baby-sitter (20 euro / 1 hour)
